Disputing a surname’s origin
Name origins are genuinely contested territory — borders moved, empires dissolved, and families migrated. Our origin data comes from a specialist name-analysis service plus manual curation, but it is not infallible. If you believe a surname in the game is attributed to the wrong country, email us with the surname and, if you can, a short note on why (a source, a family history, a linguistic argument). Disputed names are reviewed and corrected or removed.
Account & premium support
For billing issues, cancellations, or anything related to a premium subscription, use the same address and include the email you signed up with (never your password). You can also manage your subscription directly from your profile page.
Privacy requests
Requests about your personal data — access, correction, or deletion — are covered in our privacy policy, and handled through the same email address.
